Members of Pico del Mar Neighborhood Association approves their first ever Bylaws!

The Board of Directors worked diligently putting together the very first governing rules for the association.

During the Association's first general meeting of 2006, the bylaws were presented to its members. By an unanimous vote of the members present, the bylaws were approved, accepted, and signed by the Board of Directors.

This is the beginning of a new day within this community. We've had several leaders of this group and they've all lead this community wonderfully. Each person leading his way but without leaving a trail for his successor to follow. The current leaders of the Association want to create footprints. But not just with the business of the association, within the community as well.

"After working tirelessly with P.I.C.O. Neighborhood Council Board on the their Bylaws", said Pico del Mar's president, Janelle Brown, "putting together Pico del Mar's Bylaws was an easy fete."
