The purpose of the hearing is to obtain testimony from affected and/or interested persons regarding this application. Interested parties are also invited to submit written comments regarding the request prior to the hearing. The environment impact will be among the matters considered at the hearing.

Parking and the sale of alcohol beverages

The applicant is requesting to ensure compliance with the conditions of approval, and to establish any new conditions, for the continued sale and dispensing of a full line of alcohol beverages for on-site consumption... having 6 on-site parking spaces and 35 off-site parking spaces via lease agreement within 750 feet of the subject property, 5040 W. Pico Blvd.

Request: Zoning Administrator's determination of approval of plans, pursuant to the provisions of section 12.24-M of the LAMC and as required by Condition 35 under Case No.ZA-2006-0805(CUB)(ZV) to ensure compliance with the conditions of approval, and to establish any new conditions, if necessary, for the continued sale and dispensing of a full line of alcohol beverages for onsite consumption in conjunction with an existing 2982 sq-ft restaurant/comedy club with hours of operation from 11am to 12am Sunday to Thursday, and 11am to 1am Saturday and holidays, having 6 on-site parking spaces and 35 off-site parking spaces via lease agreement within 750 feet of the subject property located at 5040 W. Pico Blvd.
