Pierson's Ridge Maintenance Corporation is a legal entity for the residents of the community; both the original section, and the one built later as "Pierson's Ridge South". Our purpose is to maintain the dedicated Open Space as mandated by New Castle County government, and to accomplish matters of importance to the residents in a democratic manner, using sub-committes of volunteers and one elected Board of Directors.

P R M C Holds Annual Meeting

The PRMC holds its Annual Meeting usually in September.  Signs will be put out 10 - 14 days before the meeting takes place. If you have an item for the Agenda, please contact any member of the Board of Directors.  If an issue comes up that you feel needs to be addressed before the Annual Meeting, please call any member of the Board at once.
