In reading some of the comments I would suggest that the HOA board hold monthly meetings.  There are new neighbors that might be able to contribute alot to how to get Castlerock looking good again. 

If the property management does basically the accounting as they had told me over the phone a couple months ago, the responsibility of other issues should be from the board.   If we did away with the chairmens of committess such as the lake, pool, architectural, treasurer, secretary etc. these positions  need to be back so we have our neighborhood control.  Perhaps new people and /or some of the residents of many years would be interested in getting the HOA back on track.  If people are in these positions a monthly report on this website should be given.
