I have a problem that I hope the HOA can help with. There are two barking dogs in a yard near me. We don't live on the same street, so I have not met the owners. I am not inclined to confont anybody, as previous experience tells me that the type of person who allows their dogs to bark all day is likely the type of person who doesn't take confrontation well. I did send a (very friendly) anonymous letter which did not help at all.
Any time I am down on my dock, they bark. I can not enjoy the peace of the lake, which for myself and I suspect many of us is a big reason why we live here. I work nights, and they bark all day long especially any time a person walks by the front of the house or there is any activity in the lake.
Can the HOA help?
