Pinon Creek

I've attended HOA meetings and policies and procedures are talked about, but what is actually being done after the meeting is over? I've seen little to nothing. At the very least, the HOA should be more aggressive with their reprimands/letters. I've heard of several letters sent to neighbors complaining of yard issues, but what good does it do to keep a yard nice when nobody can see it because your neighbors park multiple vehicles in the street in front of it. How annoying!
