Pleasant Highlands Neighborhood Association

Formed in May of 1997, PHNA has worked to maintain the quality and desirability of our area, while promoting reasonable growth within its boundaries. We've worked and negotiated with the County over road and zoning issues, and have been largely successful in guiding growth within PHNA. Our goal is to work with the County and other agencies to maintain the quality of life in the PHNA area.
