look at 25063 if you want to see an eye sore,3 to 4 cars parked in the street for months broke down car in the driveway for over a year back yard bushes 10 ft over the wall oil stains in front of the house.i miss the way it was what happened to the rules and yes i read the fine print,and the weeds never get attention something needs to be done does the homeowner know  or care
