So according to the document about snow removal, will they only plow at night?  What happens if it snows all day like today?

It is so dissapointing to see the neighbors across the street get plowed out while I have to shovel my driveway!

An open-up (main drive width, roadways only) will be competed during continuing snowfalls exceeding 4 inches, and/or during high wind conditions, causing blowing or drifting.  Normal clean-up (complete plowing of snow from drives, driveways, and parking areas) will be completed within 12 hours after the cessation of snowfalls.

This is fine providing you don't have to go anywhere for or have a job to go to for about 15 hours.
