There are fines, but I think the police officer needs to be involved...and so it is important for people to be good neighbors, but those who do not want to should be reported for followup buy the authorities.

With several breaks this past weekend, let's be extra vigilant this weekend and call whenever something does not feel or look correct...727-9100 to the officer in charge and let them check it out...We then won't have to add another statistic and upset people and pay for the errors....Give the police a break...this weekend and next and the next till we enjoy more safety...and not relax.

These things are still happening but more resources and clues are showing up like Tony reporting to the police a slow moving truck and license plates and car and people id being reported. Woodlawn too has had a surge...some 25 reports in the West Avenue area...but as we all watch out for our neighbors- whether know or not- and report them to the police...we will make it safer for all of us.
