No you cannot use either, a man with his diasbled daughter was out there feeding the ducks and a lady yelled at them and told them they could not be there, I guess they think they live in southlake, when 90% of the houses over there are far cheaper than mine. Get real, yelling at an old man with his adult handicapped daughter, again people KARMA'S a Bleoutch!

I am talking about the lake actually in river trails. |

I live in River Trails and I also have never had an issue when walking on the track around the pond. I have taken my son, our dog and my sons friends to the pond and no one has ever been rude or said anything to us. I think if it is just for the Lakes of River Trails HOA members then a locked fence needs to surround it so that others can't get in and then that would answer all the questions anyone has about whether anyone can enjoy it or not. |

I was just wondering because there is a No Tresspassing Sign that leads from the lake /pond on the sidewalk trail from the neighborhood that leads down to the lake/pond. It is the long sidewalk that leads to the pond/lake that is right beside Princint Line Road. I was just wondering who the sign was for? Why would they build a lake/pond in River Trails and it be just for Lakes of River Trials. The people who have their houses built behind the lake or pond have stairs leading down to the lake/pond and they are River Trails residents. I know they use it. Just want a definite answer.
Thank you |
