Better to help many needs of those real folks and help a few bums to boot

With the housing market values slipping to 20-30% off value before, something needs to help lay some foundations. Hopefully one of the people getting the help deserves it and I am sure we know some of them.

Good speech by Obama for the state of the union and onward and upward for success for all of us.

Certainly the message is not to use the $ for housing poorly or the govt to use poorly as some folks want the $ from stimulus to plug shortfalls and not make any changes...

Change should be the mantra for the future
