Why can't it wait....why the rush!  Democrats are trying to rush the largest entitlement expansion since LBJ into law with a truncated debate and as little public scrutiny as possible!!  I wonder why........

WHY?  Because we need it NOW! -- The Urban Institute estimates that under a worse case scenario, 66 million Americans will be uninsured by 2019 -- The time to act it now!
