Mobay, I don't know where you come up with some of the stuff you post, but most of it is pretty interesting (87%, 10% questionable, 3% quackery) but a lot of the quotes from our forefather that you have shared are realing interesting to me.  People have said "Oh, our forefathers never anticipated this or that."  But reading some of these quotes you really have to wonder.  They had more on the ball than we give them credit for.  Keep them coming.

I'm naturally suspicious of quotes from long dead people.   I used to have a four page booklet of Lincoln quotes, all phoney.   Most were written by a preacher, I think in the early 1900's.   I know a lot of Jefferson quotes out there are posthumous too as are Washington and Madison or any other well known dead person.  They're usually written to lend credibility to somones prejudices.

You've posted a lot of them.   Are you confident your sources are reliable?
