Hello

I was wondering if anyone knows if the popcorn ceilings in our homes have asbestos? Has anyone removed thier popcorn ceilings or had a test sample sent in to find out?  I have ashma and need to avoid lung irritant materials but want to get ride of the ugly popcorn.
