Happy New Year. Speaking of some solutions, take a positive look at how the area of the former Bancroft Tennis Rackets factory and Union Webbing have improved on Goff Avenue and Dexter Street, through city encouragement and private investment. However, for positive and lasting social, economic, and political changes, I have learned one has to work within the political system, to a degree.
