The past trustees already took this to a lawyer. I believe the letter is on file with RIcket. It stated you cannot fine people without changing the deed restrictions. You have to get 2/3 of the development to sign to change these restrictions. If 2/3 don't care, you are out of luck.

The signs are allowed if they are appropriate shape and size. Somebody just posted that other developments have signs up, so what is OUR issue?

They were up in Wedgewood, The two subdivisions off of Seldom Seem.

Both meetings were around the same time as ours. I doubt that Liberty Township would ever take them down.
Change them

It would be worth it to the people who care to change them, and make the dandeline eating people pay, and keep our property values up.
