Most people put their houses up before we even had dandelions. There were 30 houses up for sale before the trees started to blossom and the grass was growing.

People moved to Kinsale because they wanted to. They apparently like to pay more in taxes to the schools, the city of Powell, the 'no new tax assessed to new builds only', Kinsale HOA. The reason they moved there is because they like the country club and the golf course. I know nobody who has moved because this neighborhood is run down. I love the exaggeration. Is there a class i can take so I can become an exaggerator too?

I'm naive?

I'm naive because I bring up the point that these houses were up for sale BEFORE the weeds were growing? There are basically six houses in this development that are not kept up to people's liking, and everybody feels that this is making our development look run down?! We have a beautiful development with a few homeowners with weeds that need to be taken care of. It is not going to make me move. I enjoy my neighbors and where I live. It is all in what you think.
