Responsibility! If they want to sell the house, guess what?

Somebody said before here. The first thing a realtor will tell you to do is make it look good.

Does anyone know why the house at the end of Hampshire in that cul de sac (sitting at the corner of hampshire & BB ave.) has been for sale FOREVER. Is something wrong with it ?

This house was orginally supposed to be sold at a sheriff sale. Never did.

I am not sure who owns it now, but I would think if they want sell it they would make it a bit more appealing.

If you were busy house hunting and knew this house had been on the market for over a year, would you take the time to look at it?

I talked to the realtor and asked
him to have the lawn maintained.
He gave me this excuse that the
bank owns the house and they
are supposed to maintain the
yard. I said ''Don't you want to
sell this house?'' How can you
do that when it looks like it does.
He agreed, but nothing is done at
this point. Same with the house
at the corner of Addington and
Big Bear. The realtors need to
maintain if they are empty.
