I called Rickert today and they say we only have 5 delinquent accounts and these are houses in foreclosure. That's not bad. The word Trustees came from the word '' Trust '' So, let's put our trust in them.

Budget

I do not believe we should have to raise dues if all but 5 people have paid. The HOA spent a lot of money on fences, which we will not have to do next year. This should give us plenty of money to keep our buffer and still be able to do something nice for the development.
