How in the world can you say the School Systems in this area are bad.

You must not be teaching your class very well, your always on here posting. YOu must be one of those teachers that gives study hall or make the kids watch a film, so you dont have to do anything.

I know we have a good school system but Im talking about all school system. If the politician did there job then all school systems would be as good as ours. Thats why our school system in this country now ranks 25th in the world. That is bad, and all you can worry about is what does my neighbors yard look like!!!!

The trustees had paid an attorney a small amount of money one time to review the deed restrictions. There is a big difference between spending a lot of money to revise (which may not even be approved by the residents), and finding out what the current restrictions allow us to do. I remember the letter stating that we cannot legally fine, and that we had options in place. I do not remember all the details. The letter is on file with the property management company if you want to read it.
