If you dont like the appearence of my yard. Move!!!! You are not going to change a thing and neither are the trustees. You need 2/3 of the homes to change the deed restriction. If you thought it would be that easy you would be knocking on peoples doors to change the deed retriction. So stop bringing up fines!!!!

I think the talk about enforcement is going to get stronger and stonger as people realize they need to protect their investment. Your yard is sucking us all down. I can tell you right now there are more than 2/3 of the people here who would like to see you get your due. When the time comes it will happem. Face it. It will happen.

Nothing needs to be changed in the deed restriction. It just needs to be enforced. It is there read it if you can.

Nothing will be enforced. You only have 12 houses that show up to the hoa meetings, what a joke. No one else wanted to run for a spot as a trustee, so the past trustees stayed on... Only a few people care, the rest of us are happy the way things are... So quit stirring the pot on fines. If you cant enforce the deed restriction the way they are, youre not going to get enough people to change them....
