I agree. There is nothing about fines and we don't care enough as a neighborhood to do anything about it (ie. a 2/3 vote for fines). Bottom line, take care of your own property and hope that it rubs off on those that do not. If you can't stand those that do not, move. That's the reality!! These posts, threats of fines and wishfull thoughts that the Trustee's will save us all are absurd. It is the way it is.....

There was a letter delivered to all of our homes a few years ago that was written by an attorney that stated that the deed restrictions currently as written do not allow for fines. The trustees apparently did look into this in the past. If you want a copy, I believe Rickert has this letter on file.
