Next Meeting

I would love to come to the next meeting. Do you know when it will be? I tried to check on the bigbearfarmshoa.com website, but it seems as if the site doesn't work any more. Do you know if the group of people trying to work on the deed restrictions will be there? I would love to hear what they are accomplishing and how well they are doing.

Use common sense

How would you like your neighbor to put up a radio tower antenna ? Or the next person wants to put up three or four Satellite dishes ? Weeping Willow trees are not allowed ,because they clog up the drain systems. 90 % of requests will be approved, unless they are a detriment to the neighborhood. If you have to wonder if the Trustees will approve your plan , then you must be doing something wrong.

Best thing to do ,is to contact one of the Trustees and ask them. Nobody else would know.

Common Sense

I just sat here reading my deed restrictions. There is nothing in my deed restrictions that states I cannot put in a Willow Tree. There are residents that DO have Willow Trees already.

I am sure a radio tower antenna is not permitted under Township or County rules. You have to remember that they have our best interests at heart first. They rule over us before our deed restrictions come into play.

Also, why are the trustees approving our plan? The plan is suppose to be submitted to the property management company. Did something change where the trustees approve things first and then instruct the property management company to approve the plan?
