Where can a person go to find out if this is true?

I was of the understanding that the part of Shamrock that goes to the 15th green and west from there is green space no matter what happens with the land north of that. This was part of an agreement when they built Wedgewood and Shamrock?

If it sold to continue to be a golf course then no issue.
