Listen poindexter, do a little research once in a while. Big Bear stores were started in NJ. THAT IS FACT ! Can you prove otherwise ? And I never said Giant Eagle was funding BBF or that they had anything to do with BBF. Do you suffer from A D D or what ?
Next you will be telling everyone, that they raised Big Bears here, thus the name.

I believe you are talking about a completely different Big Bear Stores. Did you read any of the previous post about Big Bear Stores starting here on Lane Avenue in 1933? Started by Wayne Brown. Yes I did do my research for this subject, not Big Bear Stores in New Jersey. We are not talking about New Jersey here.

OK, you win. They had Big Bear stores in New Jersey, but they were totally different from the ones in Columbus.
