This person went out on her own and distibuted her Bio. I see nothing wrong with that, it shows she is willing to go the extra mile. Whether you want to vote for her or not, you should not attack her on this site without giving your name.You will get your chance at the meeting.By the way, the bios were submitted ,but for whatever reason they never made the website, that is another question you should ask at the meeting.

I agree with open mind

I agree with you 100 % ,but you will soon learn the tactics of a few, that all they do is critizize. I'm sure these are the same individuals that disrupted the last election meeting. I brought a friend to the meeting that was visiting and I was never more embarrased. I don't think I will ever attend another meeting.

I think the only ones who should have been embarrased were the trustees who walked out. I am not sure why the residents who wanted to correct the procedure of the meeting should be considered trouble makers/criticizers. They should be thanked for making sure the meeting was run according to the rules. The problem is the trustees were not following proper procedure. That is where the problem came up. Hopefully that will not happen again and procedure will be followed properly.

Nobody in the audience who was trying to help the trustees correct procedure raised their voice or was loud or rude. I was more embarrased by the trustee who said something along the lines of ''Shut up. I am running the meeting.'' Once this was all resolved, the meeting ran very well and the remaining trustees did a wonderful job.

I think the main problem is that there a few who believe that others are not allowed to have their own opinion. It was one way and that is it. No room for discussion. When discussion comes up, those who are against the head of the pack are the criticizers. I say bring on everybody's opinion and let everybody be heard without interruption from those who disagree. Let everybody be heard and people will get along better knowing they are not being ignored. That is the problem in this neighborhood that needs to be resolved. When this is resolved, everything else will fall into place.

I was NOT attacking her. I was stating that if the bios had been sent out AS PROMISED there would have been no need for her to go door to door. Plus, she might have been able to garner more support if everyone had been able to read it instead of just the few that received it at their door. Now, not everyone will be able to make an informed decision about who to vote for.
