Election

I too recieved a letter from Annette Meil, she is running for trustee. She was very cordial and she sounds like she would make an excellent trustee.
Attacking her on this website is extremely disrespectful, just because you didn't mention her name,everyone knows who you are talking about.Annette wants to make a difference and I feel we should give her that chance.

I was walking my baby in a stroller and six houses down when I saw this happen. I couldn't catch her. She ran across the bed and then back into her car. I would have politely mentioned it to her if she hadn't gotten in her car. I don't mind approaching somebody to let them know I have a problem. Others obviously do.

I am not saying I do not like her. I just think it is odd to write the way she did and then do the opposite. Just an observation.

I have had to follow procedures for years in a public post. I know a lot about procedures and it could be helpful in circumstances where others dont know. If a vote is taken out of procedure guidelines, it will not count. This would not be good if it was to vote her in. This would benefit her or the vote does not count.

I know her more than others think.

I do not care who gets elected. They are suppose to make sure there are bids on the green space, take care of the fountains, maintain flowerbeds, maintain the fence, etc. At the last few meetings, very few houses showed anyways. People dont care who gets elected as long as they are doing a good job.

Most do not care what restrictions are being violated. If they did, there would be more people at the meetings. Less than a 10% attendance means most are happy with the way things look.

We are very happy with what has gone on at Big Bear Loop and the new fence (what is up with the fountain though)? The trustees need to continue making everything look nice in the green areas.

It is not hard to do the work they need to do. Things are easier than they make them seem.

We dont need Rickert to enforce violations because that is what the township is for. It will cost us at least double for Rickert to do what the township does. Petty stuff should be ignored. None of us want our dues to go up.
