No meeting no minutes

There has not been a meeting recently. Only the election. The previous meeting as I am sure you know was ruined by a certain few. Those minutes are available at Rickart.

It is a fact that the previous president wanted to use the neighborhood newsletter to inform people of issues, minutes, etc.. I am sure there are pros, and cons as to doing this

I hope that this is the venue the trustees use when they wish to make information known.

Jeannie should know that all the minutes she wants to read are available at Rickart. Leave it off this site. She is just digging dirt!

Leave Jeannie alone. All she asked for was a set of minutes and you are blaming her for digging dirt. If she does not know what set of minutes it is in, Rickert will have to make copies of every set there is. If 350+ homeowners decide they need to know something, this is a lot of wasted time and expense. Why can't somebody just answer a question, and someone answer it nicely, without someone thinking that somebody is digging dirt.

How much dirt can you get out of 'one vote for a newsletter and three against?' Is it possible she was interested to see why somebody wouldn't want a newsletter. Things go on that all of us cannot mind read and reading stuff like this might help her figure it out. I don't understand why everybody is worried about digging dirt. Jeannie seems to be asking a valid question, and somebody needs to give her a concrete answer instead of telling her the information is available at Rickert and asking like a bunch of babies trying to hide something and attacking her the way they are. Many of you should be ashamed at the way you act. If you do not know the answer, leave them alone and wait for somebody who might be able to respond with some intelligence.

I have never seen her on this site before, so why attack her now? Hey Jeannie.. don't let them scare you away.
