Does anyone know the latest on the Target decision ? Aren't they building something in that area ?

Also, there was talk of a McDonald's a while back but then it failed because of the color of the roof. Any one know if that will ever happen ?

Target & McDonalds

Nothing is currently slated for the Target site. The plan was voted down because not enough had been done at the site. Since that site was only grandfathered through the end of December 2005, now that site has to comply with big box retail requirements of 65,000 or less.

McDonalds is attempting to move in near Handel's in the Murphy Barn tract. The application has been tabled in Powell until they meet with the residents.
