What a beautiful entrance we have coming off of Powell Road and Seldom Seen. The houses there really look appealing, and all but one house on the corner after Powell road maintain there property.

Then look at the entrance off of Sawmill Parkway.

Just another reason we need to make sure people maintain there property.

There are so many houses along Big Bear Avenue that don't, it makes me sick. $50 dollars a year for weed controll????

I firmly believe we need to make sure that all of the people in this subdivision take the responsibility to maintain their property. I am sure these are the same people who do not pay their dues.

I agree with you 100% The problem we have right now is enforcement. The Hoa can only take a resident to arbitration and it is an expensive proposition (for the homeowner ) sooner or later it will happen. A fine system, much like what condo owners operate under ,would work well here. We should all support something like this, to insure our property values are protected.

I hate when people talk about something they have no clue about. There are a lot of dandelions in the neighborhood right now, and it is my understanding there were only a few nonpaying homeowners last year for dues. Why talk crap that you know nothing about.

Isn't enforcing something like this going to be costly? How much will it cost the HOA to go after a homeowner if they are not putting weed control (hmmm can't find that in the deed restrictions) on their lawn. You may say we will get it back one day, but we have other items we want done such as playgrounds for our children. It is really worth all of the hassle for a few who do not have nice looking lawns? DOes it make economic sense? I am really unsure about this.
