I am not sure about this proposition. Once they take all of this land, how far into the ponds will they be going? It doesn't sound like there will be enough room to put trees back in to make our development look nice like the others. Everybody keeps complaining about looks. If they take too much and do not have enough space to replant NICE trees and evergreens, we will look like big bear dump. I would suggest looking into whether we reallly need a bike path. The only people who would be accessing it would be big bear farm families anyways. There is no other development connecting to ours. We need to think this through! Bike path or landscaping?
