Melwood Estates

Welcome.  Our neighborhood is a diverse community of retirees, working professionals and young families.  The homes range from mature established structures built in the 1970's to new construction.  A number of building sites remain available. The neighborhood is not in the city limits however has city water and sewer as well as underground utilities.  Spring Lake is a short walk from any home.  There is only one entrance to the neighborhood so no through traffic results in a quiet safe area to live and relax.
