We are owners of a lovely home in Parks of Dutchtown and have had several problems with water leaks in our home and damage to the house.  We now have mold issues and Signature Homes is telling us that they will not repair our home because it is 3 years old and out of warranty. 

It is my understanding that several other homeowners have had the same issue and I would like to find out how Signature Homes handled your problems?  I have seen many of our neighbors have their homes repaired and want to find out if you were required to sign a hold-harmless mold attestation letter or not.

I also am a homeowner in the parks of dutchtown and I have several windows and a door that leaked and when Signature homes came out they said it was not their problem.  I just had another one leak for the storm.  I think there is a huge problem.
