You know this isn't the HOA, right?

Yes, all the civilized people in the neighborhood are outraged by this crap. But how outraged? You gotta stand up and be counted!!! Go to a meeting. Fill out a grievence. Rally support. Do something! The nothing you are doing is getting the results you see. Hell, less than 50 people went to the HOA's annual meeting. Only 50% pay their assessments.

I agree with you. You just simply must do more to see more.

Boy I sure wish that Desert Shadows had an HOA instead of neighborhood associationthat would get rid of having five cars parked in the front yard of a lot of people's home here most because four or more family's live in them.  A couple by me have 40 foot trailer homes parked in front of their yards.  Just this week the Phoenix senators passed legislation that it is now ok to park your big truck and trailer on the street in front of your home when you are off duty....
