Monthly Association fees are $270.00 per month for all homes within the Community.

The monthly fees include landscape care, snow removal on all driveways and sidewalks, exterior painting, exclusive use of the swimming pool and clubhouse. Even the streets within the Community are private. The Association even replaces the light bulbs in the front yard lights when they burn out.

Entry to the Community is controlled by use of a remote controlled or digital access gate.

Primrose Above Bear Creek is professionally managed byACCU Inc and they work closely with a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) owners who are elected by the membership.

Several homeowner Committees work with the Board of Directors to assist with the daily activities of the Community.

Meetings of the Board of Directors are held the third Thursday of each month in the Clubhouse. The meetings are called to order at 6:30 PM. Homeowners are invited to attend and also to participate in the open forum at the beginning of each meeting.
