Maybe they just put the cameras up for security reasons - to protect their home - and one of them just happens to be facing your house.

Lots of people are setting up video surveillance equipment now to prevent crime.  It may be as innocent as that.

 No these is no drug activity there...at least I would not think so...they are just really really weird people...he has since moved the cameras from my viewing range which is great news for me.  Thanks for all of the responses.

I'm new here. I have a new neigbor who moved into these efficency apartments across the street. The guy is a wiedo and has a web came pointing directly at my house! I am across the street. I want to believe its facing the street where he parks his  '80s model couger. So what are the rules and regulations with these "cameras"?

So suddenly this weekend, my neighbor added cameras to their home to video my home and yard...so I am curious as to what you found out?  I am in Katy, Texas so I am in the same boat as you were - did your neighbor move and is she now my freaky neighbor????
