HOA Fees are going up... Please Please Please Everyone VOTE NO!!! First it was going to be $45.00 increase per month... Then they decided that $25.00 per month is better, due to some of the people that showed up to discuss this... granted 16 residents out of 103 is all that showed up, which is pretty bad for attendance. Still please no one can afford this increase! This is the worst time of our economical life to be doing this. My question to the Management Team is.. Where are the Warrenties for the Roofs and other things that needs to be fixed? It's only been 8 years since this place was built, 10 years is the MINUMUM for Warrenties. Why are we trying to steal more funds from people that can't afford this at this time?

If you mailed in your proxy letter instead of showing up this coming Wednesday (Dec 10th) to vote, please note that, your proxy letter will be used to vote yes instead of NO unless you wrote on the letter in big letters.. NO! Currently we are at $145 per month.. this is unacceptable. No one will be able to sell their townhomes if we go up any higher.
