Quail Hollow Neighborhood Association

Welcome!

Quail Hollow is located in the southwest section of Fort Collins just east of Horsetooth Reservoir. To the south are Spring Creek and bike trails leading to Pineridge natural area. A new neighborhood park with playground, picnic areas, lagoon, baseball diamond, restrooms and other amenities is located just to the south.

Although Quail Hollow does not have a formal Homeowners Association, the neighborhood does have annual meetings usually held within the first or second month of the calendar year.

These meetings are open to all residents of the Quail Hollow/Quail Ridge neighborhood. The general purpose of the meetings is to select dates and committees for the various functions held throughout the year. (Check the Community Calendar link). Since there is no Homeowners Association or fees everything is on a volunteer basis.

Our neighborhood does have covenants for every homeowner to follow.
