Hey! My family is moving to Wilmington and we have been looking at some rental opportunities in the Quaker Hill area. From the pictures and google map, everything looks great, but not really knowing the neighborhood is a concern of ours. We may not be able to get there and see it in person before we have to sign the lease.
Opinions, advice? We'd like an honest view of the foot traffic and level of personal comfort. Would you walk around your block after dark? Do you feel safe going to your car?
Also, we have a small kid, is there a park nearby?
