We have just moved into the community from Wyoming and we are in need of the HOA rules. Our predecessors left our yard in need of TLC and we would like to make sure that we are in the green before we make improvements. Also, can anyone tell me if we are able to have our trampoline in our back yard. One would think that if pools are allowed then so would the trampoline, but you never know. Maybe it could be possible to e-mail them to me?


And on a side note I want to thank all my neighbors who helped track down my lost dog on Christmas day. You didn't even know me, but were there to help. Amazing people.

CC&R's

It is required that you are provided the HOA CC&R's prior to closing on your home in this neighborhood. I would talk to your closing company, have them get a copy from Kachina. If they are no help, drop Kachina an email and ask that they send you a copy. I don't know if Kachina will charge you or not, but as I said, you should have been provided a copy prior to closing, so the bank should pay for it. As to the trampoleene, its ok to have them in your back yard.
