How often does the Board meet now. What decisions have been made for the HOA.

Hello,
The board meets quarterly. If you are an owner, you should receive notification by mail. (either a postcard or a newsletter) The last meeting was November 6th. The next meeting be in January - but the date has not been worked out yet.
As far as decisions, here are a few:
The board hired a new landscaper by bid, since the last landscaper was doing such a poor job.
They also decided to not re-seed this fall to save a significant amount of money.
The architechural committee meets to approve submittals.
Hopefully we will have the meeting minutes posted here soon from past meetings.

Board

The board meets quarterly now. We have not scheduled our next meeting yet, but it should be sometime around February. The date will be published in our newsletter, online, and flyers post cards should be sent out as well. The most recent decision the board has made is to hire a new landscaping company, which we have done. Our new company is out 5 days a week taking care of the neighborhood. We have seen a MAJOR improvement since they started. We are also looking to hire a new trash company but we are locked into a contract with our current provider. We are hoping that their is a lawer in the neighborhood who would be willing to review our contract for us and give us some guidence on how to terminate.
