Who is our contact at Kachina? The letter we recieved this week says Brett Lang, but this site says Bill Wardrobe.

Also, why is it so hard to get a call back or a return e-mail from them? Typical Management company, all they care about is your check to them being in the mail.

Michael - can you post the budget on this site?

Well let's just say that this is the 3rd community manager we've had...I haven't received any letter...I never get any mail from them except my assessment bill. Figures!

Has there ever been any disucssion of contracting with a different management company other than Kachina or AAM (they are the worst)??

Is it possible to get the monthly financial report in a pdf on a monthly basis posted on the site.

At this point, I do believe that Brett Lang is our contact. It keeps changing on us and I try to keep things up to date. I will see about getting the budget posted on the website...I do believe that you can get a copy from Kachina as well if you just want one for yourself.

The idea of chaning companies has been tossed around. If the board decides to pursue the idea and bid the contract, it will be announced at a board meeting. I will also see about getting the monthly financials in a PDF format and positing them here. I believe that is the only way that I can post them, so I need to work with Kachina about emailing me a copy every month. More to follow
