Just wondering why we don't have any lighting at our monument at Ocotillo & Schnepf.
All the other communities around at least have that.

Don't get me wrong I love the dark skies but lighting at both the entrances at Castlegate Blvd and the monument sign would be great. What about solar if electric runs are too expensive?

I spoke with Mike recently about this very issue, he's the owner of our new landscaping company, which now does a wonderful job, and he is looking into pricing for both solar and regular electric. He is supposed to get back to the board when he has some numbers for us.

Great, hopefully it won't be too cost prohibited and the Board will approve the expenditure. I'm sure a lot of other residents would be happy if we had a little bit of lighting :)

Yes I agree, we do need a light at the entrances. It is hard for people that do not know the area to find the neighborhood. I am glad you are looking into it.
