The Meeting was called to order at 7:15PM.

Introductions of all present were made.

The Minutes were accepted as read.

The Treasurer?’s report was accepted. There is approximately $1395.00 in arrears including the late fees. A suggestion was made to include on each statement a notice of policy of late fees.
There was a discussion of late fees. It is noted that Board Members must be current in all fees to vote.

CORRESPONDENCE: There has been no written response from Mr. John Stocker regarding our dismissal of his services.

Mr. Michael Shontell has accepted being our designated Architect.

All plans must be submitted to the HOA P.O. Box or delivered to the Architectural Committee. Only those items concerning the architect will be forwarded to Mr. Shontell. Fees will be set at a Committee Meeting.

Architectural Committee has no plans currently. There is some building in process that has not been approved. This is being handled now. The committee is creating a check-list for existing houses and new construction and landscaping. The records are being brought up to date.

Homeowners are being asked to help establish criteria for the Architectural review. If you have concerns please contact a member of the committee or Board.

Weeds are not being cared for. There was discussion of replacing our Landscaper, San Tan Landscaping. The Board is considering raising the fees on unimproved lots to deal with the weeds.

ASIGNMENTS: George Renner will talk with San Tan Landscaping about poor work. Florence Lehman will create a phone list of owners. Brad Actipis will complete research on the lots by the next meeting. Florence will get a bid /pricing on boulders for the Sossaman and 196th entrances to protect the light poles.

Plants along 196th Street are to be put in at Bill Jury?’s expense in April.

OPEN DISCUSSION: Call SRP about light out on 194th Street. Violations of CC&R?’s need to be sent to several owners.
