Called to Order, Leroy Nunn, President.

The officer?’s appointments were announced:
President: Leroy Nunn
Vice-President: Craig Stewart
Treasurer: Karen Winter
Secretary: Marjorie Burnell
Member-at-large: George Renner
Architectural Committee

Discussion of turnover from Developer Bill Jury to current Homeowner?’s Committee. Mr. Jury advised that the Homeowners?’ Association does not need to seek homeowner?’s approval for conducting routine business of the association.

The following business transactions were announced:

1. The association will set up banking arrangements and Karen will oversee the transfer to the Association?’s account with two of three allowed signatures required to sign checks. The President, Vice-President and secretary are the three available signatures.

2. A Post Office Box was rented at a cost of $12.00 annually as the mailing address for the Association.

3. The By-Laws were amended with the new officer?’s names and addresses, as required by law.

4. The Board discussed obtaining a new contract for shared area landscaping care. This will be implemented as soon as bids are evaluated.

5. Approved dropping CPA service as our current Board Treasurer can handle the finances, the CPA service currently used is extremely expensive.

Bills were presented that had not previously been paid for the rental for the meeting hall.

A letter about weeds will be sent to remind members about weed control. It will also include reminders about submission of floor plans, elevation drawings and proposed landscaping and other improvements which are to approved before construction begins.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15pm.
