Correspondence: For information. No action
George reported on contact/correspondence with Bil Jury regarding some issues with replacement of plants on the Sossaman and 196th St. entrances. We have paid the amount agreed upon and Mr. Jury is pursuing the issue.

Trailers/vehicles in Back Yards:
This issue was discussed and the device of a letter to and from the Architectural Committee about trailers in exception to the CC&R?’s was discussed. The Board decided to take a survey of all owners and then work to resolve the issue. Introduction of letter of exception. The board will not issue this until a survey has been completed. The survey will be sent ASAP.
Landscaping; loss of trees and bushes
The plans for the original landscaping are now in the Board?’s hands. A survey needs to be made and then the plan reviewed. Then a bid will be sought to replace missing p[lants and trees.

Vandalism:
The Sherrif?’s office was notified about the graffiti on the stop sign, the horse medallion and the wall at the Sossaman entrance. Kenn and Brad removed the graffiti and repainted the walls.
There was also discussion of teenagers speeding and throwing glass bottles. It was suggested that people get license numbers, a discription of the driver, occupants and vehicle when possibl;e. Also a time of day that the incidents happen. Then we can contact the Sherrif?’s department. There is only one deputy in the Queen Creek area so owner?’s should become more aware of things that are out of place or dangerous and report them.

Thank yous:
A special thank you was given to Kenn for his work on containing weeds and repairing the lights and vandalism to the QCRIII property.
