Add-a-Fax is used to set up a Fax number, on the Web site, so users can SEND A FAX from the Web site.
For example, if I knew the Fax number of the local Sheriff's office (or, the Mayor's office) and if they liked getting Faxes, I could add the their Fax number to the Web site. Then, anyone could send a Fax to the Sherrif's Office through the Web site - without needing their own Fax machine! Anyone who is a member of our HOA Web Site can set one of these up.
