PATTI A DEKKER POSTED: I have two large hounds, appear to be blood hounds, at the La Verkin Shelter and I'm looking for a rescue group for them. They are a bonded pair, intact male hopefully being neutered next week and female, unknown if she is spayed or not so she will probably go at the same time. She appears to be older than the male, possibly his mother but no way to know. He is black, she is brown. They are both friendly but have not yet been tested with other dogs. If you know of anyone who lost a pair, this could be them. They were found in Central about a month ago. The person who found them kept them for three weeks trying to find the owner by posting photos, etc, but no luck. You can contact the LaVerkin City Animal Control page or my page if you can help them out. I'll try to get photos up on the shelter page this week.
