Board of Directors and Committees

The condominium association exists as an Arizona non-profit corporation under the name 'Raintree Resort Casitas Condominiums Homeowners Association, Inc.' with license file # 0808-92-1.
A board of directors is elected by the homeowners to serve volutarily at the pleasure of the homeowners to enforce the rules and policies of the association in accordance with the documents as mentioned in the 'Association Governance' paragraph.

The 2010 Board of Directors consist of the following homeowners with officers elected at a March 3, 2010 special meeting immediately following the election of three BOD members at the HOA annual meeting.
